Northland produces a number of hard and soft cheeses, aged in their own cheese cave. In addition to sheep cheese, the farm grows and sells 100% grass-fed lamb and mutton, as well as tanned sheepskins. Mutton is processed by a USDA-certified, Animal Welfare Approved, Certified Organic butcher, and lamb is processed by a USDA-certified, Certified Organic butcher. Great care is taken to ensure that the animals are handled and processed humanely with minimal stress.
