Crosswinds Farm and Creamery

Crosswinds Farm and Creamery is a community-minded CSA. Your investment in their farm provides them with needed income to purchase inputs for raising their animals, as well as to develop and process new products! You are not only investing in the farm, but in the 100+ local businesses they work with in the process of growing your food – you are truly investing in your community. Nearly all of the materials used to build the farm have been recycled in one way or another. In 2011, they "deconstructed" the barns at another farm & hauled all of the materials home. They love using the sun to heat the 200+ gallons of hot water needed daily for the dairy! They also recycle all of the plastics used on the dairy.
