HoneyApple Hill

HoneyApple Hill is a small homestead in Harford, New York. They cultivate bees on their hillside acreage. Their fallow field, formerly a horse pasture, has proved an excellent location for bee-friendly wildflowers, including goldenrod, blackberry, sweet clover, and milkweed. They offer honey sales by word-of-mouth, and through Mead Magic, their one-gallon, make-your-own mead kit.
