Monarch Farm is a CSA that specializes in growing heirloom vegetables; tomatoes, summer and winter squash, beets, carrots, onions, potatoes, a variety of cooking and fresh greens, green beans, leeks, sweet corn, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cucumbers, peppers, eggplant, garlic, melons, peas, culinary and medicinal herbs and flowers. All produce is grown using organic farming practices.
