Schrader Farms Meat Market is a small, home-town meat processing facility in Romulus, NY. A family-owned business founded by Keith and Sue Schrader, the business began as a way to process and market their naturally raised, home-grown beef. They started in August 2012 with a retail store and a USDA slaughter and processing facility to provide local growers with the ability to sell their product at farmers’ markets and other venues. In 2014, they began making their own smoked products and quickly expanded their line of products. Their mission is to provide their customers with an honest, reliable, and trustworthy service and the community with a source for high quality, locally grown meat.
