Crystal City | Creative Spaces is a member owned and operated Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) that operates for the primary purpose of real estate investments and holdings.To that end, it looks to become an innovative, enterprising vehicle for community-supported real estate investments, city planning and neighborhood development. This means giving local Syracusans, many of whom lack background, resources or proficiency in conventional property development, a means to band together to make long-term, stabilizing, and strategic investments that will help transform their community for the better. Its mission is to leverage member-owners’ investments, as well as community crowd-funded capital, to rejuvenate residential, mixed-use and commercial properties, and to help seed new arts-based ventures in Syracuse, New York.
