Church Street Produce

Church Street Produce is a 22-acre farm located in the Village of Burdett, NY. Burdett is approximately 4 miles north of Watkins Glen on the east side of Seneca Lake. The farm stand opens in May with their freshly harvested asparagus for sale. Each week brings a bounty of fresh produce from our fields. Peas, early beets, spinach and spring onions soon follow. Summer produce includes beans, blueberries, red and black raspberries, tomatoes, zucchini, squash, cucumbers, peppers eggplant, garlic, rhubarb, potatoes and more. Fresh cut flowers and herbs are available upon request.

Two Goats Brewing

Two Goats Brewing is a small vat-to-tap brewpub that overlooks Seneca Lake. They embrace sustainability and conservation, both economically and environmentally. Geothermal supports solar which provides 75% of their electricity; and they diver roughly 80% of their refuse from landfills through composting, reusing and recycling; source regionally and ethically as much as possible; and donate generously back to the local community.

Windsong Farm

Windsong Farm grazes their animals in the uncrowded pastures of their 175 acre farm during the warm months of the year and then offer them hay and bed them on straw, both of which they harvest on the farm, during snowy winters. Their animals receive no hormones and no antibiotics in their feed. They aim to produce the highest quality of grass-fed and grass-finished beef and lamb. Their dual-purpose sheep are known for their lustrous longwool fleece which is prized by handspinners. They also produce pastured poultry, maple syrup and fruit jams and jellies.

Wolftree Farm

Wolftree Farm is in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region on the slopes between the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and Finger Lakes National Forest. Their 92 acres are a mixture of field, forest and stream. They are a diverse operation producing meat and fiber from our Icelandic sheep, honey from our apiary and pick-your-own blueberries. Their cultural and husbandry practices are based on organic farming principles where organic matter (whether from animal manure, cover crops or composts) is the nutrient source for our pastures and crops.
