Lively Run Goat Dairy

Lively Run Dairy is a family run, sustainable farm in Interlaken, NY that began production in 1982. It is one of the first commercial goat dairy operations in New York State. They make goat and cow cheeses including blue cheeses, Chevre, gouda, and cheddar, which are sold in a wide range of local stores and used at several local restaurants. Come visit the farm, taste the artisan cheeses, get a tour and eat some cheesecake on the porch.
