Interbrook Farm

Located in Interlaken, NY, Interbrook Farm is a small diversified farm focusing in the production of raw milk from pastured, grass fed cows. The goals of their farm are rooted in an environmental and social consciousness, guiding them towards management practices that build soil health and fertility, benefit the surrounding environment, afford their livestock the health and respect they deserve, and result in a natural product which is both affordable to their community and allows them a livelihood. They also offer a raw milk CSA.
