The mission of the Finger Lakes - Lake Ontario Watershed Protection Alliance is to facilitate processes that encourage watershed partnerships and implementation of action plans to protect and enhance water quality based on local needs assessment, a holistic approach, information exchange and public education, and measurable goals and milestones.
